These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fg66f platform, including the website at fg66f.vip, all games, promotions, payment facilities, and customer support services made available by fg66f to registered players. By accessing any part of the fg66f platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and any other document published by fg66f, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the fg66f platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. fg66f reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility from any player at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account at fg66f, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering under your own legal name and identity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of fg66f or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the fg66f platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through fg66f's own responsible gaming tools or through any other gambling operator or regulatory scheme.

Where fg66f discovers that a player has provided false eligibility information, or where a player's eligibility status changes after account creation (for example, through the initiation of self-exclusion at another platform), fg66f may immediately suspend the account, void all pending bets, and forfeit any pending withdrawals pending review. In cases involving underage play, all deposits will be returned and any winnings forfeited in full.

fg66f supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh mobile banking and wallet services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fg66f does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, credit card payments, or international bank wire transfers.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at fg66f are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is confirmed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. fg66f does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the account holder, or to a different mobile number than that registered on the fg66f account.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must meet their applicable wagering requirements in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• fg66f reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳10,000. Such checks will ordinarily be completed within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.

fg66f does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through its platform. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own service terms, which are outside fg66f's control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg66f platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime, including using fg66f as a vehicle to move funds without genuine wagering activity.
• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false or third-party identity.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including coordinating bets in peer-to-peer game formats.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, glitch, or misconfiguration in the platform, games, or payment systems to obtain funds, credits, or other benefits that would not be available under normal operation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fg66f staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media directed at fg66f.

If you become aware of any technical error or misconfiguration that is producing results inconsistent with the normal operation of a game or payment process, you are obliged to stop play immediately and report the issue to fg66f support at [email protected]. Any funds received as a result of a technical error remain the property of fg66f and must be returned.

All content on the fg66f platform — including but not limited to the fg66f brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, images, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other platform elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of fg66f or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the fg66f platform without the prior written consent of fg66f. Unauthorised use of fg66f intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

fg66f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the one-account rule, age eligibility requirements, or prohibited activities listed in Section 5.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the player account.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment provider requiring fg66f to restrict or close the account.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including in connection with a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fg66f reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full, including any real-money funds and bonus funds held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (without any breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which fg66f operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fg66f platform shall be resolved in the first instance through fg66f's internal complaints procedure — by contacting [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint, the relevant account details, and any supporting evidence. fg66f aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
